Job-A-Palooza has one goal: to help high school and college students (14-22) with disabilities prepare for future employment opportunities.

Business Commitment includes:
Provide tasks for the student to do (examples: boxes to assemble, papers to collate, envelopes to stuff, clothes to fold or sort, etc.)
Provide one staff person to attend the actual Job-A-Palooza event to judge task completion.

Ability to train numerous people at one time on specific job tasks

Students will:
- Learn five job-related skills, while competing with others in a fun competition.
- Be matched with a peer mentor, who will help and cheer you on!
- Meet potential employers
To participate: Must be 14-21 years old and take a pre and post-event survey.
Peer Mentors will:
- Be matched with a student with an intellectual or developmental disability for the day.
- Assist students to learn five job-related skills.
- Help student during competition and Cheer them on!
- Meet potential employers
- Earn $100 for your help
To participate, one must be 16-21 years old.
