Victory Living Programs is pleased to announce that Debbie Lee has taken over the position of Executive Director.
Debbie comes to Victory Living with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has dedicated most of her life to advocating for and serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities for over 30 years. She started her career at The Arc North Florida, ending her tenure there as Director of Programs, where she oversaw services in a five county area. She is currently the Executive Director at The Arc of The Glades. Debbie is a graduate of the University of Delaware's National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities and the Florida State University College of Business Jim Moran Institute Global Entrepreneurship NonProfit Executive Program. Debbie is also a certified trainer for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities and Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Debbie's knowledge of programs and regulations make her a resource that The Arc of Florida call on to help assist when other agencies need guidance and direction. Debbie was selected as the National Conference of Executives 2020 Rising Star and was appointed to serve a two year term on the National Conference of Executives Steering Committee.
