Participants are asked to make a suggested donation ticket for the 50/50 drawing based on the events listed pricing. Entrants may purchase as many tickets as they wish, subject to availability. There is a maximum of one (1) Ticket per eligible person if no donation is made. The only requirement to enter is to complete the event registration and select the free ticket option.
No refunds will be made, except as otherwise determined by the Victory Living Programs, Inc. in its sole discretion. Drawing ticket purchases are not tax deductible. No purchase is necessary to enter, and donors who do not wish to make a donation may select the free ticket option listed.
Ticketholders must be 18 years or older to hold a valid 50/50 drawing ticket. 50% of all net proceeds raised are awarded to one lucky participant and the other 50% is retained by Victory Living Programs for charitable purposes as a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization.
Victory Living Programs, Inc. is not responsible for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, including in connection with the administration of the drawing and the announcement of the winner.
The winning ticket will be randomly drawn on Facebook Live on the Victory Living Programs Facebook Page at approximately 5:00 PM on Wednsday, October 28th. 50% of all net proceeds raised are awarded to one lucky participant and the other 50% is retained by Victory Living Programs Inc. for charitable purposes as a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. The winning drawing ticket number will be posted on the Victory Living Programs Facebook Page following the live event: www.facebook.com/victorylivingprograms. The winner does not need to be present to win.
The winner will be contacted after the live feed ends and will have the option to pick up their prize in person or have it mailed to them by certified mail. Winners may redeem their prize by making the proper arrangements within 14 business days of the drawing. All winnings not claimed within 14 business days will be donated to Victory Living Programs, Inc.
The prize will be paid to the winner by check within 30 days of the game. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Employees and immediate relatives of Victory Living Programs, Inc. are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 Drawing.
Participating entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the Victory Living Programs, Inc., and release the Victory Living Programs, Inc., employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered, including, without limitations, personal injury, death and property damage. If, for any reason, the Drawing is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes, which, in the Victory Living Programs, Inc.’s sole discretion, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Drawing, Victory Living Programs, Inc. reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the affected portion of the Drawing and to select winners from entries received prior to such an action.
